Every review is checked by Truverify AI against these rules. Doubtful reviews go to a human moderator and don't count toward the TrustScore until cleared.

   Reviews paid for, swapped, or written for a discount are removed.

   Owners and staff can't review their own business or its competitors.

   Keep it respectful

   No hate, threats, or personal attacks. Criticise the experience, not people.

   No phone numbers, addresses, or other personal details of anyone.

   Stay on topic

   Talk about the listing. Politics, ads and links to other sites are removed.
