How the TrustScore works
Recent reviews count more
A review's weight halves every 12 months, so the score reflects how a business is doing now.
Verified reviews count more
Reviews left through a business's invite link are verified and weigh 1.5×.
Flagged reviews don't count
Anything Truverify sends to moderators is left out of the score until it's cleared.
Steady with few reviews
New listings start near a neutral score, so two 5-star reviews can't outrank five hundred.
Businesses can't pay to remove reviews or change their score. Owners can reply publicly and report reviews they believe break our rules.
